Florida fun!
Adam and I had the opportunity to swim with manatee during break. We travelled to Florida with our boy scout troop, camped out, then travelled to a manatee reserve and got to see, swim, and pet them up close. What a great experience!

Day spent with old people
We spent the afternoon with friends delivering Christmas cards and candy to seniors at a retirement home. What a great opportunity to teach and share the holiday spirit with seniors during this special time. The kids got to meet a guy today that was 102 years old!
Great night at the Falcons game!
Adam and I saw the Falcons beat up the Jacksonville Jaguars 41-14! It was Adam's first Falcons game and he had a blast. Great guys night out!
Student of the month!
Adam received the academic student of the month in his 5th grade class! We are really proud of him as he has been working hard this year to keep improving on his studies.
The turkey was outstanding!
Thank you to the beautiful bird that sacrificed itself for our dinner tonight!
Pre-Thanksgiving apple trip
We took advantage of the beautiful fall weather to take a trip to Elijay. This is one of our favorite fall traditions as we get apples so LaFae can make homemade applesauce. Yum!
Halloween 2011 costumes
Kyla & Lena were dressed as Sprinkle & Sparkle the Cupcake Twins. Adam was a creepy jester! Rebecka was dressed as Ce Ce from Shake It Up. Tabby was herself and refused to wear a costume or take a picture :/
My night out
A night out in Atlanta thanks to my lovely wife. Had appetizers at the Varsity, a peanut butter & bacon burger at the Vortex, and Australian Pink Floyd. Thank you for the early Christmas gift!
Morning of service
Great morning of service at http://www.camptwinlakes.org/ I love serving the Lord by serving others and this is a great facility that helps kids and adults with disabilities located at Fort Yargo in Winder. LaFae and Tabitha were also doing service with the Athens Stake youth up near Helen Ga. Busy day for the family!
Lyla the guinea pig...R.I.P
Well she didn't last three months. Tabby's little guinea pig passed away on Halloween. After a fun filled evening of candy taking and general tomfoolery, we came home to Lyla's last moments of life. She had been a little lethargic for a few days and we were going to take her to the vet the next day. Too late. Tabby was devastated. The next day we buried her in our backyard. Little Lyla brought a lot of happiness to the family in such a short time and she will be missed...by the kids.
